Lee D. Argush
Executive Managing Director

A leading authority in Web based information systems, Mr. Argush co-founded Concord and is the chief architect of Concord's versatile asset management and advisory platform used by trust banks, clearing firms and registered investment advisory firms. Mr. Argush serves as Concord's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

Shortly after the fall of Communism in the former Soviet Union, Mr. Argush founded GATE Corporation to develop investment and banking opportunities. Headquartered in St. Petersburg, Russia, GATE Corporation was an early groundbreaker in the newly emerging Russian market economy and was responsible for the development and subsequent execution of a multi-regional over-the-counter ruble option marketplace.Operating among a network of Russian commercial banks stretching from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Siberia, GATE was an early product innovator in Russia's hyperinflationary economy.

Immediately prior to creating GATE Corporation, Mr. Argush co-founded Harmony Trading Company, a derivative arbitrage trading and hedge fund. His areas of experience and expertise at Harmony Trading included the development of derivative equity and index arbitrage models as well as the firm's long-term arbitrage strategies. Harmony Trading became one of the largest traders of index options on the Chicago Board Options Exchange using his models and real-time risk monitoring portfolio applications.

Mr. Argush's early exposure to quantitative analysis began as a developer and analyst in Bear Stearns and Company's Fixed Income Strategies Department. At Bear Stearns, he helped pioneer the blending of sophisticated quantitative arbitrage and option models into the firm's proprietary trading floor operations creating a group that grew into one of the Company's most profitable departments.

Mr. Argush began his twenty-five year investment management career as an investment banker with Dean Witter Reynolds. He maintains industry licenses as a Registered Representative, a General Securities Principal, a Financial and Operations Principal and a Registered Options Principal. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University
